IS THE SONG REALLY UNIQUE TO US?
Yes. Every song is written from your questionnaire answers — your names, memories and story. No templates, no reused lyrics.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I ORDER?
Once checkout is complete, you'll receive a short questionnaire by email. This is where you share the story, names, memories and mood you'd like us to work from. If you already have details in mind, you can include them right away. We begin writing once we receive your answers.
DO I FILL IN THE QUESTIONNAIRE BEFORE OR AFTER PAYMENT?
After payment. Once your order is confirmed, we'll send you the questionnaire link. The journey is: choose your song → complete checkout → fill in your story → we create your song → digital delivery.
HOW IS THE SONG MADE?
Every song starts with your story. It is written, produced and refined with modern production tools, then carefully reviewed and finished by a human ear before delivery.
WHAT IF I DON'T LIKE IT?
Your package includes one revision. Tell us what to change and we'll adjust lyrics, mood or style until it feels right.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?
Standard delivery is 5–7 days from when we receive your completed questionnaire. Need it sooner? Rush Delivery (48–72 hours) is available as an add-on.
WHAT DO I RECEIVE?
MP3 and high-quality WAV files delivered digitally, ready to play, share or gift. The Wedding First Dance Song also includes acoustic, dance/mixed, and instrumental versions, plus a printable lyric sheet.
CAN WE PLAY IT AT OUR WEDDING OR SHARE IT ONLINE?
Yes — you receive unlimited personal-use rights, including your wedding, social media and family videos.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
You can cancel within 12 hours of placing your order, before production has started. Contact us at hello@songstories.co.uk as soon as possible. Once songwriting has begun, we are unable to offer a refund as the work is personalised and made to order.
WHAT IF I DON'T KNOW WHAT STYLE TO PICK?
Choose "Surprise me" and we'll shape the song around the feeling of your story.
IS IT A GOOD GIFT IF I DON'T KNOW ALL THE DETAILS?
Yes — even a few memories are enough. The questionnaire guides you through it, and small details often make the most powerful lyrics.
