Refund policy

Every Song Stories creation is personalised and made to order. Because of this, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once songwriting has begun.

If you need to cancel, contact us at hello@songstories.co.uk within 12 hours of placing your order and before production has started, and we will refund you in full.

Your package includes one or more revisions (see your product page for details). If something doesn't feel right, we will work with you to get it right.

If we fail to deliver your song, or it is materially faulty, you are entitled to a remedy under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including a refund where appropriate.

As a personalised, made-to-order product, the 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 does not apply once production has begun. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
